🍸 Basil Lime Fizz 🍸
2oz of Killington Distillery Vodka or Killington Distillery Woodland Gin
1oz of Sour Mix
Splash of Simple Syrup
Basil Leaves
Garnish with a Lime
Drop just a a few basil leaves in a shaker with a small splash of simple syrup and give quick muddle. Now add ice, Vodka OR Gin , and sour mix. Shake and serve in a cocktail glass with a lime wedge.

Blend 7 is released. Our 7th offering in our 4241 blending series is a blend of a bourbon whiskey, a rye whiskey, wheat whiskey and an American malt whiskey that we distilled and aged ourselves. The resulting blend has a balanced flavor with notes of stone fruit and a hint of cracked pepper provided by the rye. Complex enough to be enjoyed neat or in any of your favorite cocktails.

Whiskeys used:
3 year old bourbon whiskey made from a mash of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malt
4 year old Wheat whiskey made from a mash of 95% corn and 5% malt
3.5 year old rye whiskey made from a mash of 51% rye and 45% corn and 4% malt
7 month old American malt whiskey made from a mash of 100% malted barley
