Caroline Wise and her father, Jack, felt the call of the mountains and together founded Killington Distillery in the Green Mountains of Vermont. They spent many winter seasons skiing both Killington and Pico, which instilled a love for this mountain community. Their combined talents aligned perfectly to build a unique destination distillery in Killington, Vermont.
