We are excited to welcome Dylan as our new head distiller. Here’s a glimpse into his story and what he brings to our team!

"My journey in distilling began eleven years ago at High West Distillery in Park City, UT. I started by washing bottles for the bottling line and eventually worked my way onto the blending team, batching products and filling barrels. With dedication and hard work, I became a distiller, which led me to serve as Head Distiller at Eight Settlers Distillery in Salt Lake City, UT. Today, I am proud to be the Head Distiller at Killington Distillery, where I get to pursue my passion for crafting high-quality spirits every day. This work is more than just a job—it’s a lifestyle. Moving back to New England, where I grew up, to continue my career has been a fulfilling chapter, and I couldn’t be happier about it. The greatest reward is creating products people enjoy and sharing my passion through every step of the distilling process."
